We have a 60-day money back return policy (less shipping) for our retail customers purchasing Vim & Vigor labeled products (see below) (one opened product per order/customer and any unopened, sealed product in good condition). With Collagenate®, we have seen an extremely high success rate over a 90-day period (please review the literature provided). If you commit to taking Collagenate® properly for 90 days and still feel that you have not gotten results, we will be happy to refund one bottle for you. Just give us a call within 30 days per the instructions on the back of your invoice. We urge customers to call us if they are not receiving results within 24 days; we like to work with our customers to help them get the best results possible! This return policy applies to new retail customers purchasing Vim & Vigor labeled products ONLY (i.e. Collagenate, CitriCare, Herbal A+, and Herbal Aloe Gel). Once you are purchasing at member prices you give up your retail status and are no longer eligible for a refund, but give us a call so that we can work with you. We cannot refund products manufactured by another company. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from us, but is manufactured by another company, we may consider an exchange or credit.
