HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO LOSE WEIGHT?

HOW DO I TAKE COLLAGENATE® FOR OPTIMUM WEIGHT LOSS?
One tablespoon Collagenate® mixed in water on an empty stomach at bedtime. Put 1 tablespoon Collagenate® (½ oz or 15mL) in a half cup water and have it ready on your nightstand or close to your bed. Drink it right at bedtime on at least a 3-hour empty stomach; follow with plain water if you can and go to sleep. It is the first 90 minutes of your sleep that your body repairs the most, so by taking Collagenate® at bedtime it is active in your system during this repair cycle. Many find they also sleep better and deeper when they take it at bedtime. If it is not working well with your night-time schedule, Collagenate® can be taken whenever it is convenient; optimally on an empty stomach with water. Collagenate® can be taken 2 – 4 times/day for those needing extra collagen benefits!
WILL THIS HELP MY ARTHRITIS &/OR JOINT PAIN?

DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE?
No, not if you are using the bottle within a month. However, many like the taste better cold and it will stay fresh longer (up to 6 months) in the refrigerator. Unopened, sealed bottles should be stored at room temperature and are good for at least two years.
CAN I TAKE IT IF I’M USING OTHER VITAMINS AND MINERALS?
Of course! Other supplements can be taken at a different time of the day, 30 minutes apart from Collagenate®. Collagenate® absorbs best alone with water.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR ANOTHER MEDICAL CONDITION OR TAKE MEDICATION?
There are no contraindications that we know of for this formula. It is simply a specially formulated protein supplement. However, if there is any concern, we recommend that you show the ingredients to your medical professional and see if there is any reason why you should not take it. If you are taking a medication or herb, we suggest that it be taken 30 minutes before or after taking Collagenate®.
WHERE DOES COLLAGEN COME FROM?
It comes from the connective tissue of U.S. cows (the tissue between the skin and muscle). The collagen is put through a special enzymatic process and combined with an organically grown Aloe Vera for maximum absorption. We work with one of the top collagen experts in the country to provide this uniquely absorbable formula. Many have tried other collagen supplements (powder and liquid), as well as various types of collagen (Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.) with little or no noticeable results. WILL COLLAGENATE CAUSE DIARRHEA OR CONSTIPATION?
Not usually. There
are NO binders or laxatives in Collagenate. The Organically grown Aloe is specially harvested to keep the healing properties and the Aloin is removed, so it will not cause diarrhea. The combination of the Aloe & the Collagen is very healing to the cells along the digestive track. Many of our customers with Colitis, IBS, Leaky Gut Syndrome, etc. have gotten very good results with Collagenate!
Most people do well with Collagenate from the beginning, with no issues. And most people do best taking Collagenate at bedtime.
However, some people with sensitive systems may go one way or the other (diarrhea or constipation) depending on their system; and some bodies respond better to Collagenate in the morning. If you know your body is sensitive, we suggest starting with ½ tsp of Collagenate, instead of the Tablespoon. Also make sure to put the ½ tsp Collagenate IN 2- 4 ounces of water and drink. We do not recommend taking Collagenate straight, it is better taken in water.
IF you happen to be getting diarrhea or constipation, STOP Collagenate
for a few days to get your system back to normal. Re-start in a few days with 1/2 tsp in water and at a different time (night-time, morning, mid-day, 30 min before dinner…). Once acclimated, you can work your way back to 1 Tablespoon.
