Instructions: Take 1 Tablespoon (1/2 oz) Collagenate mixed in water on an empty stomach once a day.
Can be taken 2 or 3 times per day if needed; however, the majority of testimonials are of customers only taking Collagenate once per day.
Collagenate absorbs best mixed in water on an empty stomach. It can be taken right at bedtime, first thing in the morning, or anytime you have a 3-hour empty stomach. Our first recommendation is to try Collagenate in water on an empty stomach right at bedtime; so eat dinner at least 3 hours before going to sleep and do not snack late. We suggest that you have the TBS of Collagenate in ½ cup of water on your nightstand so you can take right as you are going to sleep at night. If it does not fit into your night-time schedule you can take Collagenate first thing in the morning. Let it absorb for at least 30 minutes before eating breakfast. Best to MIX Collagenate in ½ cup water, drink it, and then follow with more water. Look for the little 1 ounce cups with the TBS marked for you in your package.
