Suggested Use

Cleanse Day Directions

  1. Choose Your Cleanse Day: Pick a day when you can commit to light eating. 1–2 days per week is plenty.
  2. Eat Clean: Choose a clean, balanced diet that works for you. Try to avoid highly processed foods and foods you may be sensitive to.
  3. Cleanse for Life®: Mix 2 oz with cold water and drink 3–4 times throughout the day. Drink plenty of water and incorporate light movement or exercise.
  4. Evening Collagenate®: Mix ½ oz (1 tablespoon) of Collagenate® with 4–6 oz of water. Aim for a full night's rest—8–10 hours, if possible.
  5. The Next Morning: Take another ½ oz (1 tablespoon) of Collagenate® with water.

For the rest of the week, eat a sensible, balanced diet, limit added sugar and processed foods, and aim for 8 glasses of water each day.

To Accelerate Results: Take 2 Fat Burning Accelerator Capsules per day, according to product directions.
